I understand things happen, so please reach out to me asap if you need to cancel or reschedule. For skincare, waxing, lashes, and makeup all cancellations within 72 hours of scheduled appointment will be charged 50% cancellation fee. Day of cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of service fee. Semi-permanent makeup cancellation policy is as follows. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE 3 week notice cancellation for semi-permanent makeup. 50% of service will be charged for a cancellation within this time window. 2 week notice cancellation for semi-permanent makeup. 75% of service will be charged for a cancellation within this time window. 1 week notice cancellation for semi-permanent makeup 100% of service will be charged for a cancellation within this time window. Any no-shows shows will be charged 100% of the service price. If you are running later than 15 minutes, we will need to reschedule and the card on file will be charged 100% of the service price. All deposits/cancellation fees are non fedundable and transferable. They may not be used towards another service. I ask all clients to respect my time and other clients time as well, as I do for each of you. Thank you!
